These manuals evolved into the framework of today’s market policy for Mexico’s deregulated electricity market (MEM). With the implementation of the Electric Industry Law (LIE) of 2014, Enerlogix already had “boots on the ground” and relationships in place to take advantage of Mexico’s new deregulated energy market.
